Shipping

We currently ship to the following countries:

We currently do not ship to the UK although this will be available in the future.

Most orders are typically processed within 24 hours from receipt of payment Monday - Friday.

Orders are shipped from our fulfillment centers in China and Singapore.

This allows us to offer free, fast and efficient shipping worldwide!

We are confident that there will be no customs fees. However, we are not responsible for customs fees or import duties.

If any such costs are required, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the balance.

We currently only offer one standard, tracked shipping option, which is free!

All shipments are sent prepaid, so there are no unexpected taxes or fees on delivery.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. Click on your tracking number in the order status page to see its tracking information.

Returns

Contact us within 24 hours if you wish to amend or cancel your order. 

We aim to ship out orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee any changes will be made. It is your responsibility to ensure you check out with the correct items and shipping info.

If you are unhappy with your order, we encourage you to contact us, so we may resolve your issue with the product as soon as possible. 

If you discover a fault, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your package).
